Choose the AAU programme your concern relates to. Have the details ready and use an email address you can access.

Your identity

You choose whether your personal details are kept confidential from the handling team.

Details are still collected. Only a separately authorised programme intake or confidentiality officer can review a protected identity. Sensitive cases have additional access restrictions.

What happens next

  1. Choose a programme

    Each programme has its own handling team and published process. General AAU concerns use the General AAU programme when it is available.

  2. Keep a portal account

    Sign in using a one-time email code to follow your complaints, save a draft and send information securely.

  3. Choose your updates

    With a portal account, you can choose portal-only updates. Sign-in codes still require email. Without an account, email updates remain enabled.
