Privacy and confidentiality

Complaint text, personal details and evidence are processed for the selected programme's grievance process. Confidential identity details are encrypted and separately restricted. Your own verified portal account can see the details you submitted. Ordinary handlers only see identity-safe reviewed content when confidentiality is selected. No complaint contents are included in routine update emails.

Google reCAPTCHA loads only when you request its security check. Speech recognition starts only after your consent and explicit action. Browser speech services and Google have their own data practices. Appearance preferences use cookies; authentication uses an HttpOnly session cookie. Sensitive drafts are stored encrypted on the server, not in browser storage.
